William H. Felder III is a certified personal trainer with over two decades of experience in developing customized fitness programs with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise and nutritional counseling. William’s personal approach and knowledge has allowed his clients to accomplish their fitness goals, whether to lose weight or build muscle.
As a child, William was overweight and lacked an appropriate nutritional lifestyle. As a result, of being overweight he was unhappy and often a target of mockery by his peers. Becoming a teenager, William was inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s portrayal as Conan in the movie “Conan the Barbarian”. From that point he made a commitment to change his life with exercise and healthy nutrition habits and as a result “The Best Personal Trainer” was born. Now he is a competitive body builder. In his spare time, William volunteers his time Personal Training and gives Massages to elderly groups at an assortment of centers and churches for free.
A native New Yorker, William attended Borough Manhattan Community College majoring in Physical Education. William currently works as a Personal Trainer in several of the largest gyms in the city. His clientele which includes athletes, entertainers and corporate executives is diverse and committed.
William develops specialized programs for each of his clients, including those with health concerns including dermatomyositis, lupus and diabetes, among others.
William has done Stand Up Comedy for over ten years. He has worked with and Trained Movie Stars and Actors like Nick Cannon from Wild ‘N’Out, Kal Penn from many Movies and Shows, Tony Rock, Marlon Wayans, Ed Lover, Spanky Hayes and Rip Micheals from the “Wild ‘N’ Out, John Sally from the Detroit Pistons, John Starks from the NY Knicks, Sugar Shane Mosley, Lennox Lewis, Tito Ortiz, Donnell Rawlings aka Ashy Larry from Dave Chapelle Show, Brother Man from the 5 Th floor on the Martin Lawerence Show, DJ Red Alert, Body Builder Jay Cutler, Eddie Griffin, Kool and the Gang, Michael Blackson, Brandon T Jackson, Mark Henry from WWE, The Late and Great Rapper DMX, Singer Keith Sweat, Singer Al B Sure, Derick Waller from CBS News, and Chris Burke aka Corky from TV Show Life goes on.
